Jean Lammiman honoured by World Book of Records for Three Decades of Distinguished Public Service

London, United Kingdom: The International Siddhashram Shakti Centre and Harrow Interfaith hosted a special civic and community recognition ceremony at Siddhashram Community Hub, Harrow, bringing together community leaders, elected representatives, faith leaders, and distinguished guests to celebrate individuals who have made exceptional contributions to society.

The highlight of the ceremony was the felicitation of Jean Lammiman, former Mayor and one of Harrow’s most respected public servants, who was honoured by World Book of Records in recognition of her more than three decades of dedicated public service. The honour acknowledged her remarkable contribution to community welfare, cultural development, civic engagement, and social inclusion across the Borough of Harrow.

Throughout her distinguished career, Lammiman has served in numerous leadership roles, including Councillor, Deputy Mayor, Mayor, Cabinet Member, and Portfolio Holder for Community and Cultural Services, earning widespread admiration for her tireless commitment to local residents and community development. The ceremony was attended by Gopaljit Singh Bhachu, Cllr Vaishali Shah, Deputy Mayor of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, and Cllr Janet Mote, among other distinguished guests.

Addressing the gathering, HH Rajrajeshwar Guruji praised Lammiman’s lifelong dedication to serving people irrespective of faith, culture, or background. He emphasized that true leadership is defined by selfless service, compassion, and the positive impact one leaves on society.

The ceremony also honoured Ajay Chaudhry IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police, New Delhi, for his distinguished service in policing and public administration, and Gopi Bhusal of Dubai for his continued support of humanitarian initiatives and charitable activities in the United Kingdom and the UAE. The programme concluded with messages of gratitude, unity, and community service, reaffirming the International Siddhashram Shakti Centre’s commitment to recognising individuals whose dedication strengthens society and inspires future generations.
