London: Eminent social leader and internationally respected personality Rakesh K. Shukla will attend World Book of Records Award & Summit 2026 as a Special Guest on 26 June 2026 at the historic Members’ Dining Room, House of Commons, UK Parliament, Palace of Westminster, London.
