He meticulously examined and compiled 18,000 pages of psephological reports with an impressive 99% accuracy rate, covering 61 MLAs and 8 MPs who were successfully elected in assembly and parliamentary elections.
In a prestigious ceremony held at Atlantis – The Palm, Dubai, Dr. Pullata was honored with a certificate of excellence by Hon’ble Ramdas Athawale, Union Minister, Government of India, and Adv. Santosh Shukla, CEO, World Book of Records.
