Dubai: Dr. Hitender Suri from Sirhind, Punjab, has been recognized by the World Book of Records for successfully operating on the longest and most complex Fistula in ANO measuring 117 cm using the Ayurvedic Kshar Sutra technique. This remarkable achievement highlights his expertise in traditional Ayurvedic surgical procedures and their effectiveness in complex medical cases.

At a prestigious ceremony held at Atlantis – The Palm, Dubai, Dr. Hitender Suri was honored with a certificate of excellence by Hon’ble Ramdas Athawale, Union Minister, Government of India, along with Adv. Santosh Shukla, CEO, World Book of Records. The recognition was presented in the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including HE Humaid Mohamed Ben Salem, HE Mahir Abdulkarim Julfar, Dr. Jitendra Matlani, HE Mirza Al Sayegh, and Mohamed Al Maazmi.
