
Madhya Pradesh Government, Forest Department IFS Officers, Rangers and Environmentalists Honoured by World Book of Records UK
Indore, Madhya Pradesh: A grand felicitation ceremony was organized at Forest Department, Navratan Bagh, Indore, where eminent forest officials and environmentalists were honoured with World Book of Records for their outstanding contributions in conservation, protection, and reforestation of Rare, Endangered, and Threatened Species, along with their efforts in spreading awareness about environmental preservation.

The program was graced by distinguished chief guests including Dr. Rajeshlal Mehra, Chairman of MPPSC, Dr. Asha Mathur Senior IPS, Madhya Pradesh Police, and Advo. Santosh Shukla, CEO World Book of Records. P. C. Dubey IFS, Retired Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Prem N. Mishra IFS, Chief Conservator of Forests, Indore, Pradeep Mishra IFS, Divisional Forest Officer of Indore, their presence added significance to the occasion, as they applauded the remarkable dedication shown by the awardees.

The Certificate of Excellence was conferred upon, Rajesh Kumar Rai IFS, Chief Conservator of Forests, Rewa; Anupam Sharma IFS, Divisional Forest Officer, Panna; Mayank Chandiwal IFS, Divisional Forest Officer, Satna; Anurag Tiwari IFS, Divisional Forest Officer, Ujjain; and Vejayanantham TR IFS, Divisional Forest Officer, Dhar. Each of them was recognized for their exceptional contributions towards the conservation, protection, and reforestation of rare and endangered species and their tireless efforts in creating awareness for the preservation of the environment.

In addition, the Certificate of Appreciation was presented to a large group of dedicated individuals including rangers, foresters, forest guards, and environmentalists from across Madhya Pradesh. Among those honoured were Shiva Shankar Rawat, Dy. Ranger from Rewa; Amit Raikwar, Forester from Panna; Ranchor Das Agnihotri, Forest Guard from Bhopal; Santosh Kumar Billore, Ex. Dy. Ranger from Indore; K. K. Pawar, Ex. Dy. Ranger from Ratlam; Sunil Kumar Sharma, Forester from Indore; and Neeru Dubey Meena, Forest Guard from Indore.

Environmentalists Raghvendra Singh Holker and Harsh Dubey from Indore, Samarjeet Jadhav from Dewas, Anand Tiwari, Forest Guard from Jabalpur, Ashish Kumar Birchhiya, Dy. Ranger from Katni, and Santosh Kumar Muvel, Forest Guard from Jhabua were also felicitated. Special recognition was given to Sharmila Jhilve, Range Officer of Barwaha, and Vaidya Brahmdev Tripathi, an Ayurveda expert from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, for their dedicated efforts in environmental protection. The felicitation ceremony was facilitated by Professor Sanjay Vyas, Head of the Department of Microbiology at Government Holkar Science College, Indore.
