World Book of Records will organise felicitation ceremony at UK Parliament on 13 September 2025

London: A prestigious felicitation ceremony will be held at the UK Parliament on 13 September 2025, bringing together global dignitaries, ministers, business leaders, and diplomats from Africa, the UK, and South Asia. The ceremony is organized by the World Book of Records, UK, under the leadership of Advo. Santosh Shukla (President & CEO, World Book of Records and Director General, South Asian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and Mahendrasinh C. Jadeja, Advisor to the World Book of Records UK. The gathering will not only celebrate excellence in public service, diplomacy, and enterprise but will also serve as a powerful platform to strengthen international cooperation, especially in the areas of trade and investment with African nations.

Among the confirmed high-profile guests are Hon. Matia Kasaija, Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development of Uganda, Lord Dolar Popat, Life Peer in the House of Lords, and Prof. Luis Franceschi, Assistant Secretary General of Commonwealth. Prominent business tycoons like Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, Chairman of the Ruparelia Group, and influential policy leaders such as Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga, First Deputy Prime Minister of Uganda, will also grace the occasion.

Other key attendees include Hon. Ruth Nankabirwa, Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, Hon. Betty Amongi, Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development, Rt. Hon. The ceremony will also recognize outstanding contributions by leading figures on its Partners and Advisory Board. These include Mihir Patel, Chair of India Overseas Trust, Willy Mutenza, Chairman of the UK–Africa Summit, Subhash V. Thakrar OBE, Former Chairman of London Chamber of Commerce, and Khalil Choudhary, UK Trade & Investment Board. Robinson Bernard Magulu, Jaffer Kapasi OBE, Robert Mukiza, Eng. Sempebwa Kibuuka Ronald, and Maj. Gen. Apollo Kasiita Gowa will also play crucial roles in business and policy discussions.
