World Book of Records honours Telangana IPS officers for distinguished service

Hyderabad, Telangana, India: In a moment of pride for Telangana, Dr Soumya Mishra, IPS, Director General (DG) of Prisons & Correctional Services, was honoured by World Book of Records at a formal ceremony at Jail Bhavan for her outstanding contributions to police services and welfare reforms, reflecting exemplary leadership and dedication to public service.

The recognition highlights her transformative initiatives in policing and correctional administration, particularly her efforts in modernising prison systems and promoting welfare-oriented, reformative practices. Certificate was bestowed by WBR Chartered Officers Shakthi Tiwari, Vikram Trivedi along with U. Eliyazar and Akanksha Shah.

On the occasion, C. Vamsi Mohan Reddy, Deputy Superintendent of Police, was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by World Book of Records for his multifaceted contributions to sports, religious service, public administration, and social welfare.
