
Eastern India Chartered Accountants Students Association Sets World Record for Largest Ethics Lesson
Kolkata/India: In a landmark achievement, the Eastern India Chartered Accountants Students Association (EICASA) of the Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has been officially recognized by the World Book of Records, London for conducting the Largest Ethics Lesson on “The Role of Ethics in the Accounting Profession and Its Impact on Global Financial Transparency.”

The historic ceremony took place at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Kolkata, and saw the enthusiastic participation of over 5,000 students and professionals from across Eastern India. The lesson highlighted the vital role of ethical practices in the accounting profession and how they contribute to enhancing global financial credibility and transparency.
The record certificate will be formally presented to CA Mayur Agrawal, Chairman of EICASA of EIRC of ICAI, by Rajesh Shukla and Dr. Rajeev Shrivastav, senior dignitaries of the World Book of Records.
