Prominent personality and youth icon, CA Arpit Kabra, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India is one of the mesmeric personalities in the global scenario. Known for his innovative approaches and dedication to adding value to clients, Arpit has made significant contributions as a forensic accountant and investigator, providing crucial services to banks, corporations, regulators and governments.Arpit was elected as the Chairman of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for 2023-24.  

Arpit’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2016, and since then, he has co-founded two startups and is currently mentoring three of them. His expertise extends in turnaround strategies, resolutions for stressed accounts and forensic accounting services rendered across India and various jurisdictions including the UK, Hong Kong, the UAE, Singapore.He is an exemplary speaker and writer with passion for inspiring professionals, students through imparting quality content with use of live examples and technology.As a Chairman of India’s ;largest Regional council, he has created significant benchmarks. He was one of the youngest to hold this prestigious position.Under his leadership, WIRC achieved a world record for the Largest Human Mosaic, comprising 5,030 participants forming the “ICAI”, a feat officially recognized by the World Book of Records. He has conducted over 363,000 man-hours of training, focusing on comprehensive skill development and mentorship. He is actively working with Young CAs under NEST program to train them, counsel and mentor them for a kick start to their career. He is actively working on a Project PRERNA, a program to provide hands-on training and real-world experiences to women CAs, helping them return to the workforce as Practice Managers and business growth catalysts. He launched the “Train Earn and Learn” project to equip commerce students with practical skills through internships and mentorship programs, allowing them to gain firsthand exposure to the field of commerce. The SAKSHAM program, another of his initiatives, supports orphans affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, offering them free education, coaching, and employment assistance. A follower of the Art of Living, he advocates the power of meditation and spiritual connectedness.Arpit’s commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for personal and professional growth, addressing societal challenges, and promoting holistic well-being underscores his vision of building a more equitable and sustainable future.
