He was one of the youngest to hold this prestigious position.Under his leadership, WIRC achieved a world record for the Largest Human Mosaic, comprising 5,030 participants forming the “ICAI”, a feat officially recognized by the World Book of Records. He has conducted over 363,000 man-hours of training, focusing on comprehensive skill development and mentorship. He is actively working with Young CAs under NEST program to train them, counsel and mentor them for a kick start to their career. He is actively working on a Project PRERNA, a program to provide hands-on training and real-world experiences to women CAs, helping them return to the workforce as Practice Managers and business growth catalysts. He launched the “Train Earn and Learn” project to equip commerce students with practical skills through internships and mentorship programs, allowing them to gain firsthand exposure to the field of commerce. The SAKSHAM program, another of his initiatives, supports orphans affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, offering them free education, coaching, and employment assistance.
