Senior Sikh Social Workers of Canada Honoured by World Book of Records

Canada – In a momentous programme, senior social workers from the Sikh community across Canada were honoured with the prestigious World Book of Records for their invaluable contributions to society. The programe witnessed an overwhelming presence of community members and well-wishers from cities including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Montreal, Brampton, Oshawa, and Kelowna. These distinguished social workers were recognized for their tireless efforts in promoting social welfare, supporting the underprivileged, and championing the causes of education, healthcare, and cultural preservation within Canada’s Sikh Diaspora. The ceremony highlighted the pivotal role they play in upholding Sikh values of service (seva) and unity, which continue to inspire future generations. The World Book of Records recognized these individuals for their extraordinary commitment to community service, lauding their achievements as exemplary. Dignitaries and leaders from various regions were present to extend their heartfelt congratulations and support.
