ICAI Creates World Record for Maximum MSME Mentorship Facilitation in a Single Day
New Delhi, India: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has been recognized by World Book of Records for conducting the Maximum MSME Mentorship Facilitation in a Single Day, benefiting 21,748 MSMEs across 125 ICAI branches through the nationwide network of Chartered Accountants under the MSME and Startup Committee of ICAI on 27 June 2026.
The achievement highlights ICAI’s significant efforts towards strengthening mentorship, guidance and support for micro, small and medium enterprises across the country. The nationwide initiative brought together the professional network of Chartered Accountants to facilitate MSMEs and support their growth and development.
World Record certificate was bestowed by Apoorva Menon, Chartered Officer, World Book of Records, London, to CA Prasanna Kumar D, President, ICAI, in the presence of CA Gyan Chandra Misra, Chairman, MSME & Start-up Committee, ICAI; CA (Dr.) Jai Kumar Batra, Secretary, ICAI; CA Navya Malhotra, Chairman, NIRC of ICAI; CA Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal, Vice-Chairman, MSME & Startup Committee, ICAI, and other stakeholders.
